  – please remember the answers you provided during the registration process
• If the security answers are correct you’ll receive password reset details via your email

Account Lock-Out:

• If you enter an incorrect password more than3 times, the system will lock your account for 15 mins. (A login failed alert will appear)
• If you attempt to log in during the lock out period, the timer will be reset to 15 minutes
